I cannot praise the service received from Barrett and Lee in Sudbury enough. It is a pleasure to deal with the team who display a ‘can do’ attitude and go out of their way to find solutions. Recently a door catch mechanism on my Land Rover Discovery 5 failed in the open position rendering the vehicle unusable. Having approached a main dealership I was informed that they would be unable to diagnose the problem for upwards of a month. This was clearly not the answer I wanted. On speaking to Barratt and Lee it was suggested that I call in immediately so they could see if they could find a temporary fix. This was not successful, but understanding my plight they allowed me to leave the problem with them. Although formal workshop space was not available for a couple of weeks they were able to find a slot and called me 48 hours later after fitting a new mechanism and the issue fixed. That is true ‘service’ and is entirely commendable. I will use Barratt and Lee in future and would highly recommend them to others.

“Just got my Classic Mini fixed by Barratt Lee, the Customer service is great, always kept me up to date with what was happening, I was able to meet the mechanic working on my car in the workshop which is great because I told of everything which had been done to the car.
