I am and have been a customer of both the Parts & Servicing and the Car Sales arms of the business since 1995.

Staff are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The following recent experiences capture the prompt and efficient way in which Barrett Lee staff approach customer service:

A few months ago, I was looking for a VW EOS. I phoned and spoke to Carl about it on the Saturday morning, he came back with a response that exceeded my expectations later that day, and on the Monday I test drove the beautiful car that became mine 2 days later.
A couple of weeks ago, another car in the household, a Golf., broke down. The AA towed it to Barrett Lee, who took the car in immediately, confirmed the problem, repaired it and then had it ready by lunchtime the next day.

I have no hesitation in recommending Barrett Lee to others.

For some months last year I dithered about buying another car as the one I had was too small. My problem was what type of car to buy. To my rescue, yet again, came my neighbour from heaven who asked me if I had been to Barrett-Lee’s garage. When I said that I thought that they were no longer selling cars, he affirmed that they were and offered to ring them to find out if they had anything suitable. And that was all it took. Within a few days I had agreed to buy an excellent, nearly new Ford Fiesta with only 2000 miles on the clock for a very reasonable price. And, unlike other garages, they gave me a very good price for my old car. The Fiesta is very comfortable and easy to drive with all sorts of mod cons, such as air conditioning and heating for the front window. The staff at Barrett-Lee could not have been kinder or more helpful. They gave me all the advice I needed and more. I can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this garage.
