To further enhance support for the BMW vehicle models we use three sorts of diagnostic tool including the Bosch KT series. Because so many components from Bosch are included in modern vehicles, particularly those manufactured in Germany it is excellent for analysing both common and more difficult faults (including, of course getting rid of those annoying false warning lights).

By keeping technically one step ahead of our competitors we like to consider we are ‘THE’ All Makes Main Dealer for Suffolk and N. Essex. From a position of strength we provide an equivalent ‘dealer level’ standard of diagnostics & service. We have the facilities to service all BMW models in every series from 1 & 3 through to 7 plus the full X, Z4, and M ranges.

All our technicians are fully trained and encouraged to gain as many qualifications as possible.  Apart from regular training from Bosch they have all taken various special courses with other major Marques to enhance their skills.

We believe Barrett-Lee has acquired the position of a true market leader in East Anglia. Our modern service centre has the latest equipment incorporating many technologically advanced tools allowing us to service and maintain most modern vehicles (and of course the many older vehicles on the road today that still provide relatively reliable service).
